Integrating Quack with Hubspot will accelerate your team to levels of productivity & results never before seen! By automating tasks, boosting connect rates, and achieving more meetings, faster, this guide will help you set Quack up to begin seeing results within the first few days!

Like all our integrations, HubSpot is no different with utilizing Dialer Settings to begin dialing.

⚠️If you are an Admin, make sure to set up the proper permissions before moving forward. This can be found here.

⚠️Turn on "App Marketplace Access"

Log in & Authorize Quack

Confirm/Create User Permissions

Follow this guide to set up the proper permission sets for your team to use Quack.

Create Call Outcomes

Ensuring that the proper call outcomes are created in Hubspot will keep your analytics clean. Call outcomes are used to categorize the outcomes of your calls.

Create Automation Rules *Optional

One of the biggest time sucks when it comes to prospecting is manually completing and logging every single call in Hubspot. This is one area where Quack comes in and automates a tedious process. Hubspot also has the ability to automate certain things that will make your life easier.

Ex. Meetings is booked

IF a meeting is booked (Call outcome = Answered - Meeting Booked)

OR if the prospect is DQ'd (Call outcome = Not a fit, etc...)

THEN set Lead Status (choose a field that can be used to filter out prospects

from the list/sequence) to In Progress, DQ'd, etc...

AND Unenroll the contact from sequence (This requires Hubspot Sales Hub

Enterprise, if on a lower plan, reps need to manually remove prospects from a

sequence/list)

Starting to Dial

Step 1: Open the dialer settings

Step 2: Chose how many parallel dials you want to make, which can be between 1 and 4

Step 3: Pick wether or not you want to record your calls for that dialing session.

Step 4: Pick which sequence/list you would like to call from during that calling session. You are limited to either a single sequence or a single list. You cannot choose both or multiple.

Step 5: Pick your call from number, the number that you will show up as to your prospects when making dials from Quack. By default, Quack will automatically provide you with a California based area code the first time you login. If you do not see one, refresh your browser and re-open the dialer settings.

Step 6: Make sure for data purposes, that you pick what the automatic disposition for unanswered calls in Quack will be left with.

After those are completed, then you are good to go to get dialing as your call tasks should appear depending on how you have those set up in your HubSpot Sequence or List.
