🚨 Please ensure that you have already connected HubSpot to Quack correctly 🚨

Configure personal settings (for reps)

If you are a sales rep and actively making dials, you’ll want to ensure your personal settings are configured to your organization’s HubSpot instance correctly.

Configure an inbound number

Navigate to your initials/icon in the top right corner within the Quack dashboard. Here, you're able to set up a "Call Back Number" to receive inbound calls to. Since you cannot receive inbound calls through Quack's dashboard, you can port a custom number here which we will forward any callback's to. This can be your personal mobile or your Hubspot VoIP phone. Any number that can be validated via SMS or a phone call can be used here.

Integrations

Default call disposition

Before importing a sequence or list to Quack, you'll need to select a "Default Call Disposition for No Answer". The available options are pulled directly from your existing dispositions in Hubspot. We recommend adding the default disposition to ‘No Answer’.

As you call down your lists, this will save you time so you can focus on actually connecting to a prospect!

Sequences

Currently Quack utilizes HubSpot "Sequences" in order for you to make dials. In order to do this you need to do the following.

  1. Create a new Sequence in HubSpot (not dynamic, utilize "Start from Scratch") Ensure that you have "Pause sequence until task is completed" disabled when creating call tasks. See screenshot below.

  2. Name your Sequence

  3. Create Call Tasks for your sequence

  4. Match your "Sequence Name" with your "Task Title" names. For example, if the sequence name is "Jake's Call sequence", the call task titles should be "Jake's Call sequence - Call 1, Jake's Call sequence - Call 2, etc...)

  5. Enroll prospects into the sequence

Once this is done, you will be able to pull in sequence tasks into Quack, as long as they are due or overdue.
